Processing time: We pack orders within 1–2 working days. During launches or holidays it may take slightly longer, but we'll keep you updated.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships. You can also log in to your account to view order status any time. If you haven't received tracking within 3 working days, contact support with your order number.

Missed delivery? Carriers usually make another attempt or leave a collection card. Uncollected parcels will be returned to us — we can resend (additional shipping may apply) or refund your order excluding original shipping.

EU & International Delivery

Duties and taxes may apply and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

If you’re not happy with your item, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be in original, unused condition with packaging intact.
  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 working days after inspection.
  • Use a tracked service and keep proof of postage.

FAQ

When will my order ship?

Orders are picked and packed Monday-Friday excluding bank holidays. Most ship within 1-2 days. 

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

If your order hasn't shipped, contact us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, we usually can't change the address.

What if my parcel is lost or delayed?

If your tracking hasn't been updated for 7 working days (UK) or 14 working days (international), reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier.
